I've found auto barn can order parts in for a good price, they take a week to arrive but worth it.

Hey guys, starting work on my car and just wondering where everyone gets parts. Obviously there's sites like urotuning but if there were somewhere in Aus it would be preferable. Not looking for performance parts (although a shorter ring and pinion would be nice) just things like gaskets, seals, chains etc.
Also need new valve stem seals and probably guides but don't know if I should attempt that myself or get a professional to get into the head.
Thanks in advance guys

Thanks guys. Really autobahn? I wouldn't have thought. I've got stuff from camdengti before, don't know why I didn't think of them. Also what are people's opinions on doing valve stem seals and guides myself. Im pretty mechanically minded but are there any special vw tools I should know about?
You're average valve spring compressor wont work on a vr head. Doesnt need to be a vw tool though
So whoever replaced the flywheel last stripped 3 bolts!😡 any suggestions for what I can do?
New bolts
Im pretty sure Euro Revolution - Euro Revolution is the largest Australian stockist of MK3 parts .

Thanks guys, I'll prob get new bolts from there but I meant the bolts were stripped while in the flywheel. So I can't take the flywheel off....
