    Farewell Mk3 :(

It was a sad sad day yesterday when I waved goodbye to my trusty VR6 for the last time. For the last half decade it's served me well. Sure we had a few hickups, a coil pack here, a water pump there... but all in all it was a special relationship full of love. I have tinkered, shed blood and patched us both back together.

She has been a daily driver for me, has been to many shows including interstate jaunts like Melbourne and back and most recently to Canberra and back for GAF and has never let me down. Has brought me closer to many new friends as well as many strange looks as that little black Golf pulls away surprisingly quickly (and not so quietly)

Farewell my friend, enjoy your new home, enjoy your new owner. For me I will just have to remember what you sounded like when on full song. Loud and proud.

You know what, I didn't ask, although with the giant sticker on the back they may just find the place anyway
