Engine jiggle

From a cold start today I revved it a little (just testing) and when I let go and the revs drop they will sit around 1k but the engine will start to wobble. It can be felt through the steering. Revving it back up and letting it drop again does not have the issue go away.
I have had this similar problem while waiting at the lights on a hill. Put it in neutral because something did not sound right (or feel for that matter) if I had in in Drive.
I've read that it could be the engine mounts but not sure. I can post a video if that helps.

Yes, it's your engine mounts. This is just going through the resonant frequency of what is left of your engine mounts. Normally the rubber will damp out excessive vibration, but if you get tears in the rubber, this can reduce the damping and so you feel it.

Tested again. No jiggle. It goes back to idle smoothly (800rpm) and the engine stays nice and still.
If I were to get new engine mounts, what would you recommend?
