OK filter has been changed, but I experienced the issue again... maybe time to try new plugs and leads.
Removing the fuel pump fuse just means that theres no air in the system when u do reconnect it. Jack the car up and have a peep urself u should see the fuel filter pretty easily.

Might as well grab some OEM oil filters, sump washers and the lead remover tool while your there.
