She's aliiiiiiveeeeee yay.
so cup kit in. rear first while I waited for some spring compressors for the fronts to arrived.
bushes were shagged but didnt solve the clunking, think it may be the vertical part of the rear seats not sitting tight in the roll over connector at the bottom. Hopefully get some rubber in there to tighten it up.
took it for a brap in the hills with silver dub, went well i think. made some nice induction noises off the big trees.
finished the fronts off tonight, snapped some pics as it was getting dark so please excuse the pictures
hopefully the front will settle a bit more then off to another alignment.
then some wheels.
bit of a teaser of another set on the way

Yep heaps different.
Needs a tdi 5th or a 6th gear for sure. Fine around town but will suck at 110km/h
so another alignment today and turns out something is bent in the front end.
I suspect the hub/spindle as the first alignment I had didn't pick up on it.
3deg camber is the best I can get out of the drivers side, where left is fine and will go back to zero camber no worries.
got both set to 3 deg for the moment, will sort it out later on
Looking good.
Bummer about the bent bit in the front end. I hope you can find it and that it is an easy replace/fix.

Cheers.
yeah just a hub/spindle we think as there was no issue before I swapped them.
Last night I chased the wiring and found a sensor for the exterior temperature. got it all working but it Fahrenheit so pretty pointless on the run ha
So found the front passenger tyre was JUST touching the spring base with all the added camber.
Most of the 3 piece wheels are still being built and the steelies were going to cause the exact same issue as they are the same width, offset and tyre width.
threw these Audi wheels on.
had a few issues with the rears needing a big adaptor then planned to clear the hub, and then the tyres not clearing the stock arches (need rolling) so was short lived and I've throw the BBS stockies back on the rear temperately so it can drive.
Gave it a quick wash this arvo, itching to do a full detail on but I think its going to be more then a weekend job... going to require a few full days I fear
