Good thing it's on a Vento then ha.
Will look even better when it's had a wash and more cool bits added.
Needed to be hulk. Cenny coast spec.
That is the first photo of a vento front I've ever liked!

Anyone got a pic of a early aussie mk3 VR fuse box in relation to the relays.
Think a few of mine are up the piss but getting a number of results pending what country I search
Go to your local dealership with the vin, they can give u a printout of your fuse box showing what's what
Cars looking tops btw

cheers!
so fuse box sorted and back in.
fuel issue was all to do with the after market alarm, they had used genuine vw plugs which threw me off when tracing wiring.
Now have issues with none of the windows/mirrors are working.
3 of 4 work via key in the door, and the switches are getting power, but they dont want to move via switch.
bit of research pointed to the wiring between the doors and pillars.
sure enough, one side had split the power and ground wires basically in two (the side not working with key in the door), the other side had cracked. both front looms seem to be ok however.
seems the wires/shielding gets very brittle, and the back doors on the vento look like they have had minimal use prior to me. so guessing on the movement since iv had it has worn them out.
wiring in the rear door of the golf was ok from memory so will probably steal that when I get home.
was planning on pulling it out to add speaking wiring to the factory locations anyway
also picked up a V5 manual box.
now just looking for a tdi 5th and to work out what driveshaft cups I need
When i was going to do a v5 box after searching it seems you need 100mm bolt on drive shaft cups from early diesel mk4's, which may be difficult to find lol. Good part is the 5th gear can also be taken from the diesel mk4 box.
I need to get some rubber seals for my rear window too.
Im also missing the rubber seal for the front windshield which seals it from the rain tray.
Dyl if you end up ordering, let me know i'll get in on that with ya.
