    Dusty doors

Took the Golf out on a camping trip last weekend, and drove along some very dusty unsealed roads. Got alot of dust in the rear doors, it was coming out through the speakers, door handles, everywhere.. I cant find an obvious entry point for the dust INTO the doors.. am i missing something obvious? Both rear doors were equally affected, but not the fronts. I have done a search through the forums to no avail, but if i have missed it, please redirect me to the thread.

On the other hand, I have to say the Golf handled itself rather well on pretty ordinary roads, albeit at modest speeds. At one stage went up a hill steep enough that first gear was a struggle for traction, but the Golf did good, and did not scrape the undercarriage once. Bit of fun too, as the back end is light enough that you felt like you could swing it about from the front.. Weird sensation, almost like power oversteer, but in a front wheel drive! Were the Golfs ever a rally car?

    thanks for the help anyway
