door won't open

My passenger door won't open from the outside and inside. You pull the handle and nothing happens. Could anyone please direct me to maybe a thread on fixing this or what I would need to buy to replace.

To fix this, you need to open the door. Could be fun. You will probably need to destroy the door trim, or break the external handle off.

happened to me once
have your windows opened, stand on the out side of the door hold on to the interior trim handle and pull up. As you do so try opening the door.
