    "Deport" VR6 Build!

    Hey guys!
Over the next few months i'm gonna be doing some pretty interesting things to my car so i thought id make a build log before they happen, so i myself can get some advice but also show you guys how i roll.

Watch this space, because as im now newly employed at a new job, i plan to add some minor mods to this baby and make it suitable for a daily driver!

    Will update soon
    Cheers guys

    awesome, looking forward to it.

Man, those coilovers are cheaper than JOM! Interested to hear how they fare.

Same thing as jom, tuning art etc.

Nice little ride you've got yourself. Good luck with it.

I was told that they are just-as-good as, if not better than raceland ones!
Because i cant find reasonably priced ones that are in australia, the ta technix ones are the cheapest but best value for money ones ive heard. Maybe i heard wrong?

Depends on what you deem best value.

Yes, they are one of the lowest capable coilovers. Then that's about it it.

No damper adjustability, pretty uncomfortable, too soft in the rear once you start getting low.

Being young, you'll be able to deal with them. I did and they were fine. I'd recommend removing front helpers and getting the rear springs reset 2" shorter before installing.

Front badge painted matte black, mudflaps removed, rear badge deleted, new front lip ordered, front indicator reflector things tinted to match indicators, and washed and waxed and looking stunning!
Will post some pics up when this rain stops

After that, gotta wait a few months to pay off some debt and also work some more then i can finally order some coilovers then ill be 100% content with the car, and that shall be the final product. Until i get bored again

Also some advice please: when i change gears after i pull out the clutch completely it jumps (acceleration stops) for a second then starts to accelerate. Is this a problem i should look into or is it just some minor mk3 problem?

    Til next time!
