Heckblende was $300 AUD.
Shift knob is a Wolfsburg Golf Ball shift knob with a green leather thingy.

not much in a proper tutorial but MCM does a pretty good overview in their mk3 golf video on the basics on how to sorta install coilovers, it's a good idea before you start to just have a quick look.
