GIAC have chips available for VR6. Some need to be soldered in though.
    Its currently discounted to $597.
The closest GIAC dealer is Marks Workshop in York which is a lil bit of a hike from Perth. Having said that you may be able to find someone closer who can solder the chip or ship your ECU to the GIAC distributor in Melbourne where they can perform the work and ship it back to you.

Gains are modest with a vr6 chip. up to 10HP maybe? Especially if youre on a stock car.
You will see a little more torque lower in the rev range which is nice and the rev limit gets raised to 7000rpm which allows you to hit 100km in 2nd gear. Fuel economy will usually be slightly better as well.

Also if you have an intake/exhaust you will normally see more gain on those than with the stock chip.

Dont expect huge increases in power unless youre willing to put thousands of dollars into the engine with cams and headwork. Even then the VR6 wont make massive power.

Chipping your VR6 is more about the drivability than attaining massive peak power gains.

nnnup. GIAC do the tunes for the VF supercharger kits but you can only buy those through VF from memory.

C2 are the people to speak to if you want to turbo a VR6 with a stock ECU. Last I spoke to them they didnt have much for our ECUs although i noticed recently they have a presence in the UK now. So things may be changing!
