Sounds like the micro switches in the door lock itself might be gummed up... or just another electrical gremlin.
Worst case you can just unplug the pump which at leastsaves you locking your keys inside. The downside being no central locking.
Not having any fun with my central locking. Ill unlock the car and take the key out of the door and it just then locks all doors. Somtimes I even shut the door and all my doors lock.

Yeah it'll be faulty electrics. Trust me, I know how annoying it is to have this happen cos it's been happening to me for a few weeks. Luckily I fixed my problem.
If you want, you could try throwing another locking MOTOR in there (underneath your RHS taillight inside the black styrofoam holder) and see how that goes, because the circuitboard on that could be playing up. If it isn't that then I don't know where else the problem could be coming from
