Oh um yes and errr, got a lowering tool with the coilovahs, but NFI how to use it???
Is the tool like a pirate's hook? There should be notches on the spring perch in which you can catch on to with that tool, and you should be able to spin the perch with it. There's usually a bolt that loosens and tightens the perch, usually one that requires an allen key.
Yes yes, the pirates hook. So far its proved very useful as a back scratching tool!
No idea on the allen key bit, will have to take a look.

no, you realy need to take the weight off it. And it easyer with out the wheel on too.
