Although I would argue putting 18s on a mk3 is a big no no. Still, wheels are easily changed and those seats look nice!

Great car but I dunno. I wasn't feeling it or something haha. 18s worked fine but I think it comes with the 15s as well. Still looking for the right one! If anyones interested in selling let me know!

I know you've decided not buy this car But "Whats it worth" is a hard Question to answer.
Some people are dreaming for what they want for there VR6 these days .
Your best to get in contact with a mechanic preferably- VW type of guy- take the next vr6 to them.

Im talking about the 1997 one on gumtree in enoggera. The 1994 one I looked at today is asking 6k.

The 97 does look beautiful but yes i'd agree asking a little too much especially with the issues it has.

The Mechanic could give you a suggested price but it comes down to what you think its worth really.

Mine had 110,000ks and was in great condition abs light & sagging roof lining were the biggest issues
I think I got a VERY good deal.

So when I see these VR6's and what prices they want I just think DREAMIN lol.

Yeah mate sounds like you did. Would love a deal like that! Ill just have to wait around. The black one isn't on carsales its on gumtree at the moment. Hopefully he comes to his senses and drops the price.
