Best manual for auto 2litre Mk 3

What is the best manual to guide me through removal and refit of MK3 2 litre auto box?

The haynes for mk3 is OK, not great. If you have some mechanical know-how you would manage just fine with that.

Yeah, most of it is fairly straight-forward if you've mucked about with cars before.

The worst part is actually getting the box out of the car. Taking the driveshaft flanges off the transmission makes things a lot easier.

Taking the motor and transmission out as one lump and splitting it on the floor is easier again, but apparently that's crazy talk around these parts.
