Seems to get a shade over 100 in heavy traffic on a warm day, was a bit worried that was a touch too high.

According to Bently the fans come on at:

Low Speed Fan : 92-97C
High Speed Fan : 99-105C

so your still in the "normal" range, consider that your also not getting any air flow, so temps are always going to be a little higher.
