Is adaptec out of business? Where am I gonna get adapters beside ECS (they dont have the size I need)!

Nope they're still around. Recently had a change of hands though and during the period of transition they were very slow with their production, but I think they've picked back up.

I dont follow.

Still around as far as i know. got 3 pairs from them only a month or 2 ago.
Know of another bora owner who got a quote from them just last night

Don't think they have a website yet. They've been advertised through forums and magazines for the past year or two that they've probably got a lot of orders to do already.
