accessory power wire

hi does anyone know where i can find a accessory power wire easily?

From the ignition or the stereo? It's the black wire (brown is the ground on our cars).

I wanna hook my angel eyes in my headlights to it
So when I start my car they turn on

You might be best using a relay setup then.
Be aware these type of things can attract unwanted police attention.
