    Yep, I had the same thing happen and all it takes is a 2cent O ring to fix it. I've got heaps of them Stu.

    I can set that CO% for you one day if you'd like Stu.

    The electrics only assist in cold start, the motor will run OK without them. It might take a bit longer for the WUR & aux air valve to come up to temp but they will eventually and it will start OK without the 5th injector.

    (I accidentaly forgot to plug the loom in once and ran mine this way for two weeks, didn't actually make that much of a difference.)

    I got a pack of assorted tiny O rings from Bunnings for about $2 there must be a zillion of the little fk'ers in the box

    I reckon a vacuum leak. If not the bleed screw, maybe one of the rubber joints in the system is expanding when hot and creating a leak.

    It could well be the idle screw though, I had one fall out once and it ran with a mad sucking noise, but would obviously never idle.

    Idle screw is a classic , man spray around when its playing up and watch and listen for the rev change and you have the spot

    all good. rwc terrible. they broke my linkages then called me and said its undrivable...wtf! then they just made up bull****. i said to him the idle is high so adjust it...and he was a wanker and didn't. oh well i am going to fix some more stuff and dean from volkspower is going to do it for me next week so i have a few days to replace the g-box and some other stuff

    yeh im gunna try that but i am fairly confident its the screw...
