Vacuum leaks? Perhaps injector seals?
You could try blocking off that aux idle valve and winding up the idle speed a bit to get you by for the moment if that's the issue.
Check your cold start wiring too, maybe you're running the 5th injector all the time or the WUR isn't getting power.

This sort of problem is real hard to diagnose over the computer that's for sure. Even harder that it's K-Jet!
Someone really need's to have a look at it & actually see what it's doing. What is the co% mixture set at etc.?
Your the only person that know's how you wired up the electric's, fitted & hooked up all the component's etc. & I know that from past experience everyone does it differently which makes it even more harder.
Mate is it K jet or Digifant , both have very different ways to be set up. BY the sounds it has only just started doing it. Question have you recently changed your air filter?????? There is a pipe that always comes off and cause grief.

ok so it was playing up and now its working no idea whats going on. the aux air valve, cold start injector and the warm up reg are not wired up. but i did have this motor running previously in my 4 door beautifully without these things also hooked up.
can i bring her up one day pete and can you have a look im soooooo lost!?!? k-jet freaks me out. lol
Like i said the other day, check that idle air bleed. They have a habbit of not staying in the right spot. wind it all the way it and remember how many turns out it was. next time you have trouble, wind it all the way in, counting the turns and see if it has wound in or out..
