Has to be a Gearbox from a 1800, Golf M3 CL, which will slide right onto existing Clutch and Flywheel.
A Gearbox from a 2 Litre M3 Golf GL, will fit if you get and fit the Flywheel and Clutch kit from the Donor car,
Gearbox Input Shaft is bigger on the 2 Litre Golfs.
