    You could probably make it fit as long as the curve of both roofs match. Cut the sunroof out including several cm around it and weld to the Golf roof. Big job but I know in Tassie you seldom see sunlight so this way you can enjoy it when it happens.

    I've sourced a Mk3 tank, straps, fuel filter (new) holder (mk3).

    Just need to sort out the hoses and directions and then the wiring. I have the Mk3 connector and a long length of cables but......

    How many wires are on the plug on the MK3 tank? How many on the MK2?
