    Throttle Body

My new engine is well under way now and I need to mount some sensors for the engine management system. It is a 8V digifant engine and I need to mount a throttle potentiometer, I was wondering id a throttle of another model (eg Mk3) would fit onto the Mk2 manifold. It looks tricky to mount a TPS on to the existing throttle. Does anyone know of a suitable part???

MK3 won't go on the MK2 manifold mate. Plenty of ways to mount POTs to the std TB if you look up megasquirt you find yourself some info I reckon.

Couldn`t you use one from an old Audi 5cylinder? They have a couple of sensors on already.

The Audi one has switches on it too but may be easier to modify. The GTI one I have is awkward because it has a big return spring on the bottom which gets in the way. I seem to remember that the Audi one will fit the manifold though. I don't suppose you have one and can take pics of it?
