    are these for a mk2 8v?

    just got this manifold today but im not sure its actually for a mk2 gti 8v engine? can anyone help before i go spending money to try fit them.

    yer looks to be 8v pattern(holes top and bottom of the bore), and mating to a dual downpipe

    looks like a mk4 2.0l to me . Dont think it will work on non cross flow head .

    Sort of looks right. Can you do a picture of the other side as well. Not like any manifold I have seen before though.....

    Yep its a mk4 2.0L 8v manifold, i know of some guys in germany using it on their mk2's, dont know how much customizing it would take to make it fit though...

    does it fit to the actual rv head? thats all im really worried about as the rest is being custom made.

    I wonder if the holes for the studs on head are correct. Pretty sure they should be staggered on one side. If you have some exhaust gaskets you can tell from them.

    All VW 8v are interchangeable.. should have no problem fitting this if your using a custom downpipe and backwards setup
