    cheers guys, gives me some confidence!

    Rob, thats the sort of setup im after, obviously with a bit more drop. They 16 x 7 or 7.5?

    16 x 7.

    You won't get a whole lot more drop that that though thanks to the solid rear axle set up. Standard mk4 GTIs lift a wheel pulling into that driveway.

    Simon, have you got any suspension yet ?
    Awesome GTI has this clearance items atm, they quoted 115 pound for shipping, it'll be <$1000 landed. I'm tempted
