Ryan that link u put up is great!!
My bearing was a little sloppy, but the ignition switch was f*#%*$!!! it starts easily now
    Took less than an hour
Nawww, I must just be unlucky then haha.
I tried a similar method to above (with a bearing puller) but just ended up mangling the shoulder.

My ignition switch is starting to get tempremental.
Gonna try it again soon with a bearing separator.... fingers crossed.

    Awesome radio!!
I had the same problem, dont directly put the puller onto the shoulder.
Clamp a pair of vice grips onto the adapter (behind the shoulder) use the back of the grips as your surface to pull against, if not try some wd40 too

I attempted it that way, albeit with locking pliers (all I had at the time).

The photo you got there is the exact way I'll be doing it.
I already have the bearing seperator shown in that picture, all I need is the pulling tool, which I hope to pick up from work when then come in

    Fun, fun, fun

Well Stiggy, it required ALOT of force to pull mine off haha, but it did come off
    This was my set-up,

(can you see the the very stupid mistake I made in the above piture?)

You were right though, I had play in the lock housing bearing and the ignition switch was FUBAR'd.
Much more solid to drive now and easy as starting!
