Correcto moondo Loon!!!! and the one on the outside for a sanity check will be pointing at 7 o clock. Look all else fails zip the cam cover off and make sure the lobes are both pointing up, then your are on the fire stroke mate, I use the notch on the flywheel instead of the crank pulley too. Much easier. I have a trick for the dizzy too, before you take off the belt all lined up on number one, mark the aux pulley with the block then when the belt is off turn it back a tooth. When you fit the belt and tension guess what the notch lines up again and no need to adjust the dizzy AT ALL.
