    rally front guards

    hey guys can you buy the flare out wide body front guards, any pics with them on the front and not the back ?
    MK1 4door
    MK2VR6
    MK3VR6
    Transporter
    1st place, stock MK3VR6. Vw nationals 07
    2nd place, mod MK2VR6. Vw nationals 09
    and untold wrecks

    Wouldn't look right, the sills are bigger on a Rallye, and you would have to put a Rallye front bumper on, probably the whole front end actually.
    Go for some G60 arches i say ......

    I was/am contemplating G60 arches but the fact that the rears would need fender work to fit my car Im sort of going off the idea, just having them on the front looks pretty odd I reckon. Plus its a hell of a lot of space to fill up with wheel and i dont think I can afford 15X9 BBS RS

    What mods need to be done to the rear arches. A few of the guys off the Tex have said they are a direct fitment. I'm just about to buy a set from tmt for my Golf GTI??

    They are if you have a 3dr, not if you have a 5dr.....I couldnt give you an exact outline of what needs to be done, it is possible though, I think alex did it on his white GTI but cant seem to find the thread/pics....

    I have g60's front and rear, they fit no problems

    rallye wide bodykit is metal not fibreglass.
    And should only be on a 3dr.

    Not sure if this was what you are after Brenton? Or you meant that actual Rallye fenders?

    G60's front....Stock rear.
