Question re: Using VWW to tell people about my for sale car

    Hi,

I have checked through the forum rules and am a little confused still...

I wish to action the topic in the title line of this post.

is it ok to put up a message with details and asking people to contact me - would prefer to keep the car in the community or like minded people before putting up on the commercial sales sites.

    thanks

    Mez

Thats what the forsale section is for.
Your low on post counts at this point however...

When you reach, what 10? posts, you will see a whole new section at the bottom of the main forum page, called classifieds.
This is where members can advertise their cars...

What car you have by the way?
77' MkI Golf GLS - VR6-T Project Compression
    79' MkI Golf GLS - 2L ABF ITB's Wolf3D
    09' MkV Golf R32 - sold

Another 2 posts and you can access the classifieds section. This rule is designed to stop people signing up just to sell stuff.

    Thanks gtimk5, I understand

I travel a lot and find it difficult to get on here or to attend the meets.

I was at the Vic DubFest and enjoyed that very much...

    will get my count up
