Yes I am thinking so, mate. As far as i'm aware there should be no VAT on exports.

I can vouch for the quality of kit, I've installed 3 complete interiors from them in the past few years and 99.9% of it is perfect, the .1% is down to oddities in the mk 1 floor pan,
