Looking good Marty. Might have to drop round and check things out when you're not busy.

You should come round to the workshop and check out some REAL horsepower too some time....

    hahah

both my cars put together are hardly worth 5500! hahaha

Actually building some extractors is on my list of things to do! granted, it's not a short list though...:s

Im half way on the manifold now, number 3 cylinders exhaust runner is done and ill start on number 4 today. Number 2 cylinders runner has to go under 3 and 4 so im doing it last so i can get the correct clearance required. Its great having the room behind the engine now to design a great flowing setup, it was really cramped before.

I completed number four cylinders exhaust runner the sarvo, heres some pics. I bolted the manifold to an old 1600 head to keep it relatively straight, though it will be machined to ensure its surface is flat once fully welded.

I finished the exhaust runners on the manifold today and the managed to get them equal in length along the centreline of each one within a couple of millimetres. Shame the manifold cannot even be seen once assembled hidden under the inlet manifold and pipe work..

    Looks good man.

Have you thought about one of them US (ABA?) cross flow heads? I understand you would have better flow, cooler intake and you could show off the pipe work aswell...

Thanks Spyda, your right the cross flow head would out flow the original head unmodified, but i have sunk far to much time and money into the headwork on this head to change it now.
