The brakes seem ok, but i still think I need to replace them, and i'm not sure if i have the time to do it myself, so I got a few quotes, parts will cost me around $450, Labour $200. I think its pretty reasonable.

Do you know what parts the $450 covers? I got OEM front rotors for $165 and pads will be less.

Ye mate; the quote I got were for 4 new rotors (front and back $70each) and 4 new pads (front and back $70 each), all ATE parts, then $200 labour costs

Just on that head light upgrade, you can buy new H4 connectors for about 8 buck each which I think is a worthwhile spend while your fiddling about with them.

To this. About a 30mm drop. It rides really nice and is a lot more composed in the corners than stock.
