There's plenty out there & I've used alot of different one's.
I've got a stahlewille one here which right up there. The Hazet one is top shelf bloody awesome,as it would be with a $1+K price tag!
There's ones like KC Tool's which are based & identical to the snap-on one's & are pretty good value.
My recommendation is to by a roll of brake pipe (3/16?) & just practise on your flaring & bending skill's.
Once you work out how it all work's properly, it doesn't really matter what tool you use, as long it it is good working condition.
