    hey guys i drove the vr down to SA last weekend , did 2900kms in 32 hrs. the car loved it , not one prob even in the stinking hot heat of SA. ill upload some pics soon.

    Really looking forward to the pics.
    Im playing around with the thought of converting my MK2 as a future goal/plan...... but we'll see how long I can live with a 4 cylinder

    just a quick update , i changed my engine mounts to some vf engineering mk3 mounts , only have the front and trans mount in atm. wow massive difference deff worth the money . everything feels so much better now, shifting bumps accel braking, recommended for any vr6's out there

    Big fan of this car, love the Mk2, and the AAA engine. I also went the BFI mounts on the VR and they made a massive difference... smoothed it out nicely.

    I've watched 'Mk2 VR6 take off' on youtube probably a billion times, I'm sure you've seen it but if not have a look and enjoy that low down grumble that only the dirty old 12 valves get. Mmmmm.
