    what are the specs for the black painted 020? what car did it come out of?

    you do have access to a lot of cool parts!

    haha, yeah its 020. its the standard AUG gearbox in OZ spec gti's.
    just wait till i get my custom ecu. then you see cool parts.

    the corrado g60 box is effectively the same as a mk2 seat ibiza cupra box right? 02a cable shift mechanism?

    how much longer till your motor's done?

    i saw your cars have nsw plates. we should go mk2 oem++ cruising!

    gimme till maybe august or october. then it should be done.
    but i wont be driving the charged engine till about next year may. P-Plate laws!!!!!!!

    be getting clutch when i buy my gearbox. but this is the product im going with
    made by XTD and holds up to 680nm and 580hp.

    I know this is a race build but are you planning on registering it? I could be wrong but I thought Willwoods werent legal here as they don't come with dust covers? I suppose spacers and adapters come under the same category though.

    ok, thats one thing i didnt know.
    wilwood illegal?
    ah well ill get around it somehow. if not ill just keep it as race.
    gonna be anoyying to see what the engineers certificate is going to say or even how much its going to cost.
    atleast my car will come to a stop tho.

    I could be wrong! im sure someone else will pipe up to say either way, id keep them anyway! :p I think alex was putting wilwoods on his MK1 but thats not on the road yet.

    lol. if we're going to get in to legalities, al's car has a full roll cage... i didn't think they were at all register-able.

    wilwood's are a pretty popular upgrade. prolly cause they stop on a dime every time. are they zimmerman 280/288s? i have them on my mk2 too. they look freakin horn under 15s.
