Thanks for posting the links.....I have looked at all of these. Which do you prefer? Some I believe are over priced or too far away.

What sort of money will it cost to ship from NSW or VIC to Brisbane and what paperwork needs to be done? Apologies for being stupid re: paper work but never done it before? Who is a good shipping company? Thanks for all our help!

Wow, Birkdale...just down the road. From UK originally. Had a wicked 1993 Mk I golf 'clipper' convertible there....white with unmarked black roof and full black leather Interior, not a mark on it anywhere! If only I ould find the same here!

Shipping costs I cannot help, someone can on herefor sure.

Needs to be registered in the QLD state.

Depends on what your looking for , quality or cost ? Always a compromise on this.

I reckon 5k would get a real nice one 3k a crappy one.

Are most standard with air con? I think this would be essential. Is your car the one in the picture? I have seen similar driving around Wynnum I'm sure.

No most don't have aircon!, thats fine trust me.

Also yes that is me you have seen , Wynnum is a local haunt for me.

Trying to find them is hard, they are quite rare these days mate.

Look and you will find, just be patient and kep hunting !

Have a look on www.tradingpost.com.au,
there's a few on there at the moment, and usually are on quite often,

keep an eye out for one! you'll find it.

No Mate, I wouldn't..

Someone elses perception of the vehicle may differ from yours and they are less critical as they are the seller.

I wouldn't mate. Just relax, I know you want one, but the right one will come up locally and then you can see it, negotiate the price and walk away happy.

I have brought so many cars out of sheer desperation and have always regretted it.
