Think you'll agree there's a bit of a difference...
ahhh willwoods very nice indeed..I was always dreaming about those calipers and a Willwood pedal box so i could ditch the stupid linkage system in the MK1.Very stylish, i am jealous!
I have heard of some people using modded corolla discs as they have a taller hat height to help with rim spoke clearance when using small rims with big calipers, (in the setup i saw they used some heavy (but cheap) Volvo 4 pots) I think they give you an extra 10mm, and require the center bored out slightly.Might be 258's but cannot remember...
Has anyone got any experience with Hi-Spec Motorsport Billet4 Kits?

They do a 285, 300 and 325mm conversion kit for the Mk2, and include all parts required for the conversion on all models where the caliper is separate from the hub carrier... along with some very large 4-pot calipers...
The prices seem reasonable, £558 for the 285mm, £784 for the 300mm, and £849 for the 325mm kit...

i sreiously had a look at there kit and was going to get one but couldnt find any one willing to ship and when i looked at the price i tallied up buying locally and putting my own together and it work out cheaper to do it myself.
i can source 280mm zimmerman discs if anyones interested
my totals there abouts
calipers $550
disc 280mm zimmermans $300ish
getting them slotted at the machinist???
adapters from mmp $us190
so it works out cheaper
with the hispec kits the 2 piece rotors are on the 325mm kits and up from memory
