    Mk2 3 door parts?

Hey fellas will be looking at a three door for a bit of a project car tomorrow if the guy still has it, needs a new door and front left guard as its been in a minor ding with a bullbar (could probably be straightened out if need be),
just wondering if theres many spares around the place for the three doors or are they as rare as the cars are. cheers, Dan

I would say a front guard should be pretty easy but the door will be a prat to track down.

bonnets, hatches, guards etc shouldn't be a problem...
Doors, side windows and rear quaters could be an issue tho
anyother parts are pretty easy to find

Ex uk car, saw it at DOVW about 5 years ago...was a lot straighter then tho...
    Lots of MK 1 Scirocco's...

If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor car ??

    Cheers,

yeah went to have a look at it this arvo, things packed with rust unfortunatelty. that whole rear sides been bogged up at some point. paintwork is shocking too but as you say it drives nicely and the engine is still fruity, but it needs alot of work to get the body in a decent shape. could be a fun long term project for someone if you got the price low enough
