    manual timing bekt tensioner

    Hi,

I'm over on the Polo 9N3 side of things. I'm converting from hydraulic to manual tensioner and need this manual tensioner roller that I believe was sold on mk2's: Camshaft Belt Tensioner (16V, '86-'9 [109 056] - $35.00 : Techtonics Tuning, VW and Audi Performance Tuning and Repair Parts

I'm in sydney and am having real trouble finding the part. If anyone out there has the roller and /or stud or can point me in the direction of someone who does, please let me know..

    thanks
    sam

Give Brian at GTI Imports a call. 0429 208 713

He's hard to get hold of but he's a good source of parts for the early Golfs.

You could also ring Matt at Camden GTI - 0423 051 737. He probably doesn't have the part but he might be able to suggest an alternative or help you find what you want.

    Cheers

    Paul

hey just as a follow up, Matt said that I can use the KR or ABF 16V tensioner rollers. Bursons actually carry the latter for a Seat cupra sport 16V from '99 for 90 bucks.
