Heckenblende's don't look good on big bumper cars and if you find one it'll be overseas. They are delicate so there will be a high chance of it getting broken in transit.
Can't you just get some of these euro style plates?

The holes in the front, I'd be making up a backing plate for the number plate the same width, and bolt that on. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with mine when I get it done.

Already got the other ones, said they'd be wider. I don't want to change to euros cause it will probably be $500+ just to change.
Black body Undersealer you could get at Robbos at Campsie, or supercheep. It comes it a 4L tin and goes on with an old paintbrush like tar.
Bit of black sealastic in the bumper holes, or cover it with a plate holder.
