    Extractors on an 8v

Well this has always been a point of contention with some saying they are always a good idea, others say std it was ok and engine movement is a bastad. Someone said the other day about a place that does extractors for the 16v for $250 and it got me thinking.

Currently running a 2.25 from the downpipe back. So would extractors make the ol warhorse any fitter or is this a waste of time?

Of course they will help if they done properly.
    Poor ones won't help.
We have tried both and with fantastic results but our guy knows what he's doing.
