    ETKA advice

Can any one look up part numbers for the different types of engine mounts for a mk2?

Have heard that there are hydraulic and non hydraulic for some?

Which are best of the standard parts? I would like to do a full engine/gbox mount replacement.

Join this and you can check them for yourself.

G60s and diesel would probably have the strongest/stiffest ones.

Actually G60 Front and Rear are Hydro mounts, gearbox bonded rubber.

...... and i'd use a Golf Diesel Gearbox mount Carl, stiffer than the G60 one.
