Do you have a part number for the Blue Temp Sensor?
I rang up a nearby vw supplier and was told they could not supply me with the part (due to the fact that its a South African import, with a 2E engine)
Its just a blue temp sensor for a MK2 Golf GTI!!!

Good to hear your cars running better though

Took the GTI for a cruise last night and did notice a difference!

Engine is more responsive, and it feels a lot better to drive. Temp stayed steady as well.

    A new problem has occur!

When in a stationary position, and you want to take off, the car wont rev or make any power. It will only have enough to move at a very very slow rate. After a few seconds has gone, it will return to normal and it will pick up revs easily. What could it be? Injectors blocked or something?

Could it be the Air Flow Sensor (Or AFM) by any chance?
I noticed the flap/door on mine was a bit sticky but nothing worth worring about.
When the car "wont rev" how does the engine run? Does it cough/splutter or run rich (black smoke)?
Does the rpm stay abnormally high at idle when it occurs?
When does it occur (just randomly or when its hot/cold).

Sorry for late response, had to take the car for a drive myself to explain the problem a little better.

Regardless if the engine is cold or warm, when you press the throttle pedal, the engine wont respond for a few seconds, then it would return to normal. Once its moving, the engine responds normally. I don't think it would be the air flow sensor, only because once the car is moving it doesn't splutter or cough.

Check the resistances on the idle switch on the throttle body, possibly faulty.

    How fast does it idle?

It didn't idle well, so we had to lift up the idle a little bit. Sits on 1500 now, only cause it would of the problem. We are avoiding to not drive the car because its dangerous to be on roads like this.
