    ATM I'm running 15x6" et38
    Tyres are 195/55.
I've still got the wheel arch linings in. I can just get my fingers inbetween the tyres and arch.
there is prob only about 5-10mm from the inside if the tyre to the coilovers. with Mk2's, you generally can't go inwards much.

I will be running some 15x7" et25 RS' soon, I may need to raise the car about 10mm.

    Hope that helps

Cheers for the info! I'm running 15 by 7's with et28. According to a wheel calculator i would have 6mm less inside clearance running 195's. Geez looks like it would be pretty tight! Are both front and rear on yours with the 5-10 mm gap or one more so?

With coilovers and 15x7 et28 wrapped in a 195/50/15 that will be perfect.

    Hahahahaha soon
Was goin to roll the inside lip on the arches a tad more and see how low I can go with them.

I may have to sell one set of wheels.. Got 5 sets for this and the mk1.

Et28 shouldn't interfere if you get coilovers slapped on

I would strongly recommend NOT to use Forever Black - it's *****e in my opinion.

Wurth plastic dye is so much better: Catalogue Nov 2012

    Dave's 16V

If you are just trying to bring the black trims back to black, use a heat gun.
