Your O2 sensor is ignored at full throttle.
Always with the problems haha.
Basicly what it is is that when the car is ideling in nutral and up slam the noise maker to the floor the car will splutter and strugle then rev through.
I have cleaned out the ISV which has helped the idel to be more stable after the revs drop (instead of giving it a rev and then the needle falling and car sounding like its going to stall).
Ive read that the O2 sensor needs to be replaced every 100,000kms, dunno if this has been done and the car is at 220,000kms.
Could this be the problem?

Any ideas what it could be?

What I meant was that when you floor the accelerator pedal, the full throttle switch should be activated and the O2 sensor readings are ignored providing the motor with more fuel according to the ecu map.
I am not really saying its not your O2 beacuse I had something similar on my G60 where I didn’t have the O2 wired properly and it would splutter (not cleanly rev through) as it was over fueling. I am thinking that all Digifants are similar with the idle, full throttle switches and O2 signal.
Has anyone fiddled with your mixture screws ? Is your problem intermittant or constant ?

Constant. If its from idel it wont rev through smothly. If its a bit above idel, then it MIGHT rev through smooth.
Some times, about 1% of the time, itll rev through smooth.
Its sucks in a drag race because you cant take off hard.
