Haven`t even looked at the other stuff, other than to deside which bits are getting hit by the grinder. Arches and 6x9 holes I reckon. I`ll get the stereo done, as for the rest I`ll do my best.

Next Weekend. Car is Looking Good, Going *****

    I thought we were in.

Fuel Starvation. Bah. Back to the drawing board. Went good for a minute though.

And the engine has knocking noise. Has it got real hot?

On the plus side the stereo is in, 4 speakers!, interior light and the clock work and the central locking is back!

And the arches dont rub. If it catches now, you`ll have to get a lighter girlfriend

    Update tomorrow.

The timing is set with a strobe and sounds great at idle. It runs great when driving, but sounds rooted. Definately big end tiredness.

No chance by the weekend, but perhaps by the following weekend.

    Hope thats ok.

I`m sick of working on the cursed thing. I reckon she is jinxed.

May enroll my mate Steve to help fit the next engine. Dont worry he is fully trained!

The "special" Jetta is getting a loving service while I am away on Hols.

Looks like the engine is good, but a few other issues are less good.

I`ll update you when I get back rednut. Panic Not, she`ll be roaring soon.
