well, the cars going in for the re test early this week I hope, then I have to spend a day putting it back together then tracking and at least a handful of hours getting it cleaned for Sunday so that when I arrive its just a hose down, dry and quick detail. I'm expecting my wife to call the local nut house to pick me up because I'm detailing in the garage at 2am on Sunday, lol

and I still have to collect the plates plus normal legal stuff so if it works I've got a very busy Friday and Saturday

nothing quite like last minute is there, hahahahahaha it's just like a normal show in the uk, love it, lol

mate it's touch and go but I'm touching, lol

so far so good, personal import sticker is in the post as I write this and should be on the car by Thursday, then it'll be given the once over on the same day by the tester and hopefully issued with the blue slip, that'll be the last roll of the dice if I'm going to make it to GAD

I'll be gutted if it doesn't make it but all the guys involved in pushing it through have done more than I ever would have imagined anyone else doing, right from having the car meet at the docks while I was in London through to been given ramp time to make some mods because I know my car back to front. I owe you guys a drink,,,,,ah maybe two

GADs not on boys sorry, in the end it's time thats killed me, I'm waiting on 1 sticker thats in the post which would have made the blue slip a walk in the park, it'll be here by friday but there is no way i'll be able to get the car passed and then rebuilt ready for sunday,

I still need to collect the plates as well which would mean working on the car until the early hours of sunday then having a shower and straight out the door for it's maiden run. If I arrived at canberra and I wasn't happy with the way it looked it would have killed me.

I'll keep updates as to how I get on but I think I have a better chance of winning the lotto to be frank
