    Yep,

Ellie told me a long time ago about a mk2 which was shipped over and being used as a demo car, I hope to be using mine for the same sort of things, I have direct links with TSR, Big Boys Toys, GSF, Just matz Porsche(Wheels)and a few more companies and just trying to finalise details so that I can be their agetn in Australia for parts and accesories, I know how expensive things are to get out there so working on a way of getting things to me at a cheaper price so that I can get close to the uk prices after Australian customs has hit me.

I'm already taking things over for a couple of members on here such as an MJ interior, big brakes, TSR manifolds, spoilers etc.

Once I'm there I need to sit down and work out the logistics, hopefully I can do something for the water cooled mob and may be air as well.

Keep your eyes peeled for BLACK OPS,

That sounds awesome Duby! You'll be a bit taken a back with the market down here when you arrive as it's very different to that in the UK. For example the MK2 market is very niche were as it's huge in the UK.

Hope it all goes to plan and we can get on with building some cars as mind blowing as yours!

Amazing build Duby, you will realize that the class in modifications in Australia are much different to the UK due to the Dub scene where you are. Try and get along to meets, to see for yourself.

Are you bringing the MK2 with you?

should be in Sydney April, I'm been pressured to pull the shipping back as its feature will coincide with ultimate dubs in mid march, The car has taken a turn which I wish I'd done a year ago but one way or another it will be in sydney by end of april, I just need to be lucky with the tester now as it is heavily modified but in my opinion not dangerous, but then thats my opinion.

As said above I want to use the car as a self promotional tool, I have loads of parts for modern cars, such as ABT pedals, windscreen wiper blanks etc and I'm trying to set up deals with suppliers in the uk so that I get as much discount as possible and the pass it on. Experiences with a mk3 I had out in sydney just demonstrated a- VW dealers are greedy little gits and b- if you need something that isnt a regular consumable they take the royal mickey.

Although I wont carry most parts I have direct links with these companies so can work deals.

Once I know exactly who is involved I'll post it up and advertise on various forums, its probably a lot more agro than its worth but hopefully I'll run itself once its running and I get regular enquiries.

As a tester I am shipping some bits that have been asked for, some of which are special one offs.

I'll let the new owners tell you about the parts when they are ready but I can guarantee that I've probably saved these buys a couple of hundred £'s by going through me and not trying to do it themselves on line.

And as for the meetings, it's going to be my daily for the first couple of months and I intend to go to as many meetings as possible all over the place, I even want to try and put a couple of Japanese noses out of place by turning up, parking and just dumping it on the floor.

Regardless of everything however I will try to brand the BLACK OPS idea as there seems to be a good engineering base in australia which to be honest is lacking in the uk so there could be 2 way traffic

I'd love to but time has gone and shipping is imminent, I'll have a quick look for the rain gutters, 4 door front wings are the same, british ebay is your friend, you find it, let me know and I'm sure we work something out
