    165/50/15 tyres

I'm after a set of 165/50/15 tyres for my VW Golf MK2.

Dos anyone know where can I get a set of them in Sydney?

The ones I have at the moment are 195/50/15 and I reckon they are too big!

I did a photoshop edit now and after!

Let me know if you can help

    Cheers

Nankang NS2 are the most available in that size, you can probably order them from Bob Jane as they quoted me on them recently.

I reckon your setup now is perfect use this Tire size calculator to check if you want to use different tyre size/profile. I think 165/50/15 is quite unusual

I can’t have any passengers on the back seat because my tyres scrub!
I was considering 185/45/15 tyres if the 165/50 would look silly small!

i reckon a 185/45 would be better, the 165 might be a tad small. let alone the tiny contact patch.

nankang do both, and neither should be overly hard to find.

pm dom, he's got both in his RM's i believe..

    I had 165/50/15 on a 7" rim (front wheels)

    And 165/45/16 on the back

    Hope that helps!
