I'm afraid to say, Gareth ... you're suffering from (SMGB) "Selective Mammary Gland Blindness" where mammary glands over a certain size swamp the ocular nerve input and nothing else can be seen ... this condition is especially dangerous in summer near beaches or in nighclubs.
Under no condition should you drive heavy machinery while suffering this blindness.
Condition nearly always temporary ... and disappears when the glands in question are removed from sight. A common condition that occurs in 90% of the male human population over the age of 10 or 11.
